When notifying the nature park of the defect, the guest must give the nature park a reasonable deadline in advance to remedy the situation, unless the remedy is impossible, is refused by the nature park or the immediate termination is objectively justified by a special interest of the guest that is recognizable to the nature park or it is objectively unreasonable for the guest to continue their stay for such reasons.

7.5 The nature park grants the guest a free right of withdrawal if use of the trekking site is not possible due to an event that falls under the term force majeure, such as storms or floods.
