The offers are provided and booked through the Regiondo booking system, which is integrated on the homepage of the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park. Regiondo also provides the payment options and handles payment transactions on behalf of the nature park. Information on the protection of personal data can be found in our data protection declaration under “11. Data protection regulations on the application and use of Regiondo’s ticket booking system”.

conditions.
2. Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The trekking sites offered are from April 01.04st. until 31.10. Can be booked for a maximum of one night per place each year.
2.2 By making the booking using the “Buy now” button, the guest makes a binding offer to the nature park to conclude the contract (application). The guest will immediately receive electronic confirmation of receipt of their booking. The contract with the guest is only concluded when the nature park confirms the booking electronically (acceptance).
2.3 The guest is liable for fellow travelers in accordance with the legal regulations. The guest is therefore recommended to inform fellow travelers about these terms and conditions. The guest is liable for the fulfillment of the contract. The guest must indicate the number of fellow travelers in the “Contact” booking step.
2.4 Transmitting the contract offer by pressing the “Buy now” button does not constitute the guest’s right to the conclusion of a contract in accordance with his booking details. We reserve the right to accept or reject the contract offer.
3. Prices and services
3.1 The prices stated in the booking basis are final prices. According to Section 4 No. 22a UStG, no sales tax is charged.
4. Payment and booking documents
4.1 The due date for payment depends on the agreement made between the guest and the Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park and noted in the booking confirmation/invoice. If a special agreement has not been made, the entire price is to be paid exclusively after conclusion of the contract via the online payment system integrated into the booking process.
4.2 After payment, the guest will receive a booking confirmation (ticket) which entitles them to use the booked trekking site. In addition, the guest will be sent the exact data about the location of the booked place (PDF file with information, map and coordinates). The guest is obliged to show the booking confirmation (digital ticket) on site upon request.
5. Arrival and Departure
5.1 In order to offer guests the greatest possible flexibility, there are no fixed arrival and departure times. However, the seats must be vacated in time for the next guest. The general rule is: guests show consideration for one another.
6. Right to cancel , Cancellation and rebooking
6.1 If you have booked an offer with a fixed date online (nature park tours, trekking sites), this is a service in the leisure sector in accordance with Section 312 g (1) Paragraph 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and is not subject to the conditions of the Distance Selling Act. A revocation is therefore not possible.
However, we give you the opportunity to cancel bookings free of charge up to 14 days before the booked date. If cancellation is not made on time, we reserve the right to withhold payment.
6.2 Withdrawal by the guest or a request for a rebooking must be made by telephone or email (info@naturpark-kellerwald-edersee.de) to the nature park office. After processing by the nature park, the guest receives a confirmation. The payment previously made will be refunded if canceled on time.
6.3 If the guest does not arrive at short notice or cancels, the right to payment of the previously agreed price remains.
6.4. The Kellerwald-Edersee Nature Park has the right to withdraw from the contract if urgent reasons require this. Urgent reasons include, in particular, force majeure and circumstances that were unforeseeable when the contract was concluded, which could endanger the life and limb of the trekking site guests. The nature park must inform the guest immediately after becoming aware of the cancellation. In this case, the nature park will refund the guest the full price.
7. Obligations of the guest; Termination by the guest
7.1 When booking, the guest accepts the rules of conduct that are sent to him with the booking documents and also informs fellow travelers about the rules. These rules must be strictly adhered to by guests. If these regulations are violated, the guest may be expelled from the pitch. Violations will be reported.
7.2 Fire is expressly not permitted – risk of forest fire! Gas or alcohol stoves may be used for cooking on the stone slabs provided.
7.3 The guest is obliged to immediately report any defects and disruptions to the nature park.
7.4 The guest can only terminate the contract in the event of significant defects or disruptions. When notifying the nature park of the defect, the guest must give the nature park a reasonable deadline in advance to remedy the situation, unless the remedy is impossible, is refused by the nature park or the immediate termination is objectively justified by a special interest of the guest that is recognizable to the nature park or it is objectively unreasonable for the guest to continue their stay for such reasons.
7.5 The nature park grants the guest a free right of withdrawal if use of the trekking site is not possible due to an event that falls under the term force majeure, such as storms or floods.
7.6 The guest may not pass on or publish the trekking site location data.
8. Limitation of Liability
Use of the trekking sites is at your own risk. No liability is accepted for possible damage due to the nature of the forest, such as falling branches or falling trees.
