Environmental detectives are investigating the topic of soil

In this mini-workshop, we will explore the topic of soil in its entirety. We will discuss, among other things, the importance of soil to humanity (including its archival properties). Furthermore, we will examine soil samples physically and chemically and identify their various properties. The goal is to learn about and protect the "unknown" beneath our feet.

Soil sample analysis for families & children is free for children and young people up to 17 years of age.
