The name of this holiday home says it all: Our holiday home Altstadtflair is located in the middle of the old town of Bad Wildungen, surrounded by many colorful half-timbered houses. The single cultural monument was built in 1724 as a semi-detached house. In 2023, 300 years later, it was extensively renovated and carefully and lovingly modernized. Equipped with great attention to detail, you will feel at home in this house from the very beginning.
Guests will find a house in which historical flair and modern living requirements are perfectly combined. Of course, something like this doesn't work without compromises. You will find the stairs to be a little narrower and steeper than usual. The corridors to the rooms are wide enough for one person. But there are very few places where headroom is restricted.
With 4 bedrooms, this compact old town house can accommodate 6 people (up to a maximum of 8 people on request). 2 showers, a bathroom with bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, cloakroom and a living/dining room with fireplace, everything you need to relax and go on holiday is available on 4 floors.
Wi-Fi, flat-screen smart TVs in all bedrooms, games, books and much more offer comfort that lacks nothing.
Dogs are also welcome, although the steep stairs are not ideal for four-legged friends.
Outside there is a small backyard that can be accessed through the house or a narrow alley.
There is a parking space (garage forecourt) available to our guests at the neighboring house. We have a parking lot with a charging station for electric cars, which can be used upon request. (The kWh is billed separately).
A highlight: The Altstadtflair holiday home has a small allotment garden on the Schlossberg (state garden show grounds), where you can celebrate and also have a barbecue.
