Our fabulous, senior-friendly and pet-friendly holiday apartment offers you a fantastic view of the garden and the surrounding mountains from the beautiful terrace and balcony.

The apartment is fully furnished and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (TV) and one with two single beds. The living room is equipped with a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen, with a refrigerator*** and dishwasher, offers all the cooking facilities you need. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower, a washer-dryer, and a guest toilet. Towels and bed linens, as well as all cleaning supplies, are included. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Free private parking is available. The entire garden is fenced.
Smoking is permitted on the covered and wind-protected balcony (18 sqm) and the terrace.
