Here's what our former FÖJ participants have to say…

I chose to do a voluntary ecological year (FÖJ) because I wasn't sure what I wanted to do after graduating from high school. Since I've always been interested in nature, I definitely wanted to do something in that field. A voluntary ecological year at the nature park seemed like a good fit. I particularly enjoyed the public relations and environmental education aspects, as it allows you to share your enthusiasm for nature with others and raise awareness of why we need to protect and preserve our natural environment.
Marius Bänfer, FÖJ 2021/22
After school, I needed some time to figure things out. I've always found environmental protection and nature conservation fascinating, so the decision to work at the nature park wasn't difficult. I was welcomed into a very friendly team and gained insights into a wide variety of areas, which was a very valuable experience!
