On a foray into the “Sondertal und Talgraben” nature reserve towards Bad Wildungen

Route 1 leads into the “Sondertal und Talgraben” nature reserve with its valley cut deep into slate. Along the Sonderbach with its small waterfalls you go through lush ravine forest and old beech forests towards Bad Wildungen. The forest is left to its own devices here – it is under process protection. The route leads past the Helenenquelle and the Sechseichen trees up to Dr. Marc Tower. The promising way back tempts you to stroll - your gaze wanders over the wooded gorge.
